Haiku Tech Europe is an international supplier of equipment, materials and consulting services for the Multilayer Ceramic Components Industry. The company moved from the city center of Maastricht to an existing company building from 1993 in Randwijck. The office area received a new facade, improving its appearance and achieving energy class A+++.

The interior has also been renewed, with the first floor receiving a representative entrance, a workspace and test room in the storeroom. On the first floor, the modified layout has created a spacious, open canteen for staff, with skylights making this space pleasantly bright.
