The house, built in the early 20th century, is located in a leafy villa neighbourhood, west of the Sonsbeek park. Many renovations have taken place over the years, with much of the original layout of the house being lost. During the transformation of the house, the living room and the kitchen are connected by an ash wood room wall with sliding doors and cupboards.
